Opportunity

We are looking to appoint an experienced Scrum Master to join our team to link product owners and teams during large projects. Scrum Masters help refine the project timeline and process where necessary, leading products to get delivered on time.

To be the perfect fit for Ditagil as a Scrum Master, the candidate should have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to manage and mentor development teams effectively.

Responsibilities

Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
Train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items
Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
Monitor progress and performance and help teams to make improvements
Plan and organize demos and product/system testing
Ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for the scrum team
Track project processes, deliverables, and financials
Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders

About You

Our ideal candidate should have the following:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Project Management or in a related field or any equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master with hands-on team coaching experience using various Lean-Agile Tools
Certification like PSM I/II, CSM, DASM/DASSM, SSM/SASM is required
Familiarity with software development
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (SAFe, Crystal, XP, etc.)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
